Shopbop April Sale Picks

I can resist everything except temptation– and sales. I think it would be completely selfish of me to not update you guys with all the news on sales that I get. I can say that I almost exclusively buy my wardrobe essentials whenever there’s a sale event on.

Admittedly “adulting” isn’t as easy as I thought it would be and being fiscally responsible is not something I’m accustomed to. My compromise is to always wait for a sale event to make a discretionary purchase… because who wants to pay full price when they can have something at 20% discount?

I was recently asked in a survey to choose from the following about my saving habits:

The Thrill Seeker – what savings plan? I live to spend.
The Balancing Act– I love to splash cash darling, but I want to pay my own way.
The Kash Kween –Dayum gurl… I slay all day when it comes to savings.

Without a doubt I use to be the thrill seeker but this last year has definitely been a trying but necessary evolution towards the balancing act. So I now only shop during sales and Shopbop have another sales event this month! Hoorah! Seeing as the rest of the world is transitioning into summer it’s the perfect time to scour online for warmer clothes as retailers unload their winter buys.
