It’s no secret that I love to collect bikinis. Heck – I’d collect stamps and dinosaur eggs if I had the time and well, if the latter existed because I’m just that weird. I’ve recently visited the Grana showroom in Hong Kong and prior to leaving Sydney I was made aware that the new swim range has launched. I secretly think it’s because they know I’m auditioning for Baywatch.
All swimsuits are seamless and cut to fit the female physique like a glove. Mix and match between triangle, bandeau and racerback tops with brief and side tie bottoms in four colour ways. Don’t fret because knowing Grana – they’ll bring out more colours yet or maybe I’ve just unofficially created work for them. Either way, I’m willing to bet my right leg (please no one take that literally because I love and need my right leg) that there will be more exciting colours coming but for the moment the basic four are available. I went with the bright electric blue. Typical, I know.
Let’s talk about the material now – Italian sensitive fabric and believe me it feels awesome on your skin. I catch myself stroking it all the time – not in a weird way I assure you. I would suggest sizing down to ensure the swimwear is a snug fit and moves fluidly as you do in the water or you may give yourself an atomic wedgie as you jump into the water.
