If the day ever came and someone asked me the question of picking only one designer to wear for the rest of my life (cruel question I know), it’s a tough choice for me between Zimmermann and Camilla. Although the comfort and versatility of Camilla pieces have probably got me sold. Don’t worry, I’m not going on a killing spree of all the brilliant designers in the world.
Here is one of my absolute favorites that I purchased almost two years ago; the colors, the print and the style most of all are just too perfect. I don’t know if you’ve all noticed but I am being an absolute smurf as of late and drawn to anything blue and this kaftan is no exception.
Cris and I made an accidental discovery one morning after plans with our friends fell-out and came across this little café that boasted amazing breakfast choices and lychee crushed ice drinks. It was 9am in the morning and it was already 29 degrees so what better way to start it than lounging around in the perfect kaftan and a glass of lychee-crushed ice.
I know it is almost a fashion must that we layer these days but honestly on a 33-degree day, I could think of nothing worse than to wear more then just a kaftan. I don’t care how boring it is but less is more in this case. What do you guys think? If you had to choose a designer and only one designer to wear for the rest of your life, who would it be?
