As some of you may have seen throughout my social media accounts – I attended the H&M Sydney Store Opening on Thursday night at Pitt St Mall. An amazing night with Solange Knowles as the guest DJ and numerous faces in the Sydney fashion scene. I decided that instead of carrying my SLR around (and boy is that thing heavy) the entire night that I would just bring my current obsession – the Sony 4K Action Cam – to document the fun festivities of the night.
The store opened its doors to the general public at 10am and is three floors of affordable fashion goodness. Did I forget to mention that this store also has homewares? Yes, Arnnott and I had a blast just getting lost amongst the copper homeware goodness. You’ll probably start seeing dribs and drabs of the goodies I picked up appearing in my flat-lays soon enough.
Thank you to everyone for being so cool with being filmed by yours truly to document the night – as you’ll spot in the video that I managed to capture Solange Knowles, Zac Stenmark, BoyintheBlackBowTie, GirlintheBunnyEars, TravelwithRaf, Kiri Yanchenko, Rachael Brook, Streetstyle Australia and Rogue Homme.
My outfit was actually a two piece I pulled from my wardrobe that I purchased a couple of years back from the Sass&Bide collection and just purchased a lace cami from Witchery. My hair was styled by the genius Dawn from Toni&Guy Sydney Central. We decided to go with a Cara Delevingne inspired red carpet look – hair to one side with cornrow sides. My jewellery came from the current Elke Kramer collection Paradigm.
Enjoy the video guys!
