This is the first time I have actually been ballsy enough to leave the house wearing nothing but a scarf for a top. I picked up this beautiful piece from Hermes during my Europe travels in 2013. I spent a few days wandering the boutiques with my mother and grandmother through Lyon when I was convinced that I needed this scarf in my life.
I’ll do a tutorial of the many ways you can utilize your scarves soon, so if you have a few silk scarves that you feel like getting creative with, then stay tuned. I felt like a Hamptons inspired outfit for traipsing around the local marina on a Sunday afternoon. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t try this earlier but there is something incredibly liberating about wearing nothing than a scarf. All the while knowing that if someone wanted to play a cruel joke; all they needed to do was unravel the sketchy knot. Thank goodness for Hollywood tape.
